We had planned a cafe/resto a while back but life just simply hasn’t been going our way. Local, fresh, creative food. But we are now envisioning the concept differently. Hopefully, someday it’ll come to fruition.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a shitty few months. I can completely relate to having found the thing that makes you tick but then not knowing how to actually make a living doing it. It can be enthralling and completely depressing all at the same time.

What is your restaurant dream? What kind of place would it be? What kind of food?
